problems subscribing to premium

Using my mobile device I tried to take advantage or your offer of 58% off one year for only $99. I had a problem with passwords and expired credit card on file with google pay. I decided to start from scratch and when I reopened the app two minutes later the special deal was gone. All that was offered was the regular price of $239 for one year. Using my laptop I’m able to see an offer for 50% off one year for only $119. Will someone please figure out what happened and let me know how to proceed.
