Hi.  I enjoy using Seeking Alpha for certain topics.  I have been some form of a member for a while.  I'm not sure what my status us now.  I thought I was premium.  Can you help me figure it out and also if there is an extension or upgrade opportunity that I should be considering.  Is there phone support?  it would be easier.  Thanks,   Alan Frost
