Changing my email address

I recently upgraded to Premium, and my old email address is showing as my Profile email address.  I had another or other free accounts with two other of my email addresses.  I tried to change my email address to one of those accounts but when I tried to do so, it says those email addresses are already taken.  Can someone on your end change my Premium account email address so it is no longer my expired work address, which is jdb@stevenslee.com.  You can use either jdbukowski.baseball@gmail.com or jbukowski@smithbukowski.com.  If you can combine all of these accounts into one Premium account under the gmail address, that would be great.
