Payment from Indian credit card blocked by regulator

I tried subscribing to your Premium Service using my credit card and PayPal but was declined by my bank in India. According to revised payment regulations in India - the merchant needs to be registered for "renewing subscription". Unfortunately, neither Seeking Alpha nor Paypal are registered vendors in India. 

Is there an option to make a one-time payment using my card/paypal (recurring/renewability without password authorization is the main issue with the regulator in India). Please advise.
