WEBSITE ISSUES!!!

I "continue" to have extremely frustrating issues with SeekingAlpha!!  I have no issues when using the app but when I try to access the site via my laptop, it doesn't recognize my password even after REPEATED attempts to change it.  I am a paid member & this is total BS!
