No notifications

Sir,

I have not been able to receive notifications for quite some time in spite of having enabled them both within the apps settings and my iPhone settings. I have also tried to remove and re-install the app multiple times without solving this issue. Please advise if a solution exists, as I have noted this is a problem experienced by a number of users in your Knowledge Base. Thank you.
