Dividends on foreign stocks.

It would be helpful to look through all the dividend paying foreign stocks listed on US exchanged and identify which countries have a dividend withholding on foreigners and which don’t. For instance the UK doesn’t withhold, but Israel does 20%. I heard Germany does 15% (may be wrong on that). The this could be put on the dividends tab of the portfolio listing screen.
