Cannot connect to iTunes Store Error

I’m on version 3.11, subscribed to the Pro version and am getting an error stating: Cannot connect to iTunes Store. Because of this error I cannot access the subscriber content. Not being able to access locked content makes the paid subscription fairly useless and a waste of money. Can you please investigate this bug and provide a fix or workaround? Thank you.
