I cant get into the website - privacy update

Are you kidding me? You put this update we need to read and click a button to acknowledge, and then it doesnt work and the thing is left spinning forever, leaving me out of the site? As a paying member stuff like this is completely unacceptable. Get it together and get it fixed please. I have no idea how many of your subscribers you have made angry this morning.
