Add functionality to down vote (or dislike) comments and sort by that

It would be great if we could down vote or dislike comments and then sort by that like Reddit and StackExchange do. There are so many off topic or inaccurate comments on some of these posts which IMO should be down voted to the bottom so people do not have to sift through them for valuable comments.

So many toxic comments that do not add anything to the conversation.  Seeking Alpha has a serious toxic comment issue similar to youtube.  Voting up/down would help eliminate this!
