How would you rate the customer service you received?

Thank you, SA, -for resuming all previously requested items.  Not clear as to why they were abruptly stopped (other than having problems one morning when out of the house and trying to recall a stupid password that satisfied Google).  Greatly depend on SA, and fully read at least half of the articles received each day.Again, thank you, kindly.Bill Kuntz
