When did Seeking Alpha start to give into Propaganda?

This article is EXTREMELY biased, I realize being an employee of PDCE might seem biased as well but the article only lists one source, and that single source just happens to be the company spreading news like this to foster their attempt to take control of the PDCE board. I would hope the standards at Seeking Alpha are higher than what this article implies. You need MULTIPLE sources!
