logging in to Seeking Alpha Chat

When I click the "Go To Message" button in an email from Seeking Alpha investment group (Market Pinball Wizard), Seeking Alpha Chat (https://rc.seekingalpha.com requires me to log in.  Even though I carefully and correctly enter my username and password, it tells me "Oops!  Your credentials were rejected. Please try again."  I have reported this problem at least once or twice in the past, and it gets corrected temporarily, then starts happening again.  In case it matters for diagnostic purposes, I am using an iPhone 14 Pro now, with gmail.
