Did not receive undercovered tickers payment for my GBDC article

When I submitted my GBDC article, it should have been eligible for the undercovered tickers payment because the previous article on it was published in April 19, but it when I checked the undercovered tickers list, GBDC wasn't there. Was this a bug? If so, when can I get the undercovered tickers payment?
