Dividend Yield for SPYD is not correct

The displayed dividend yield for SPYD is not correct. This error also exists on many other stocks, and I don't feel like I should have to check arithmetic constantly. This is happening over and over again. Can I speak to someone in person on this issue? Why is seeking alpha not capable of arithmetic?
