Ex-Dividend Price Quotes Showing Incorrect Changes

Your price quotes occasionally are showing incorrect +/- information on ex-dividend days.  For example, today with MPW at $9.13, it shows down 17 cents, when in fact the issue is up 12 cents because the adjusted price today should be $9.01, as it went ex-dividend with a 29-cent dividend.
