Editing My Feed without deleting the Portfolio 1 & 2

Every time I go to Portfolio 1 or 2 and try to edit "My view" it creates a new My view but with a higher number and I want to get rid of the previous My views for each portfolio.  And when I try to delete the My view 1 or 2 or 3  whatever portfolio I am on also gets completely deleted and I have to rebuild the whole portfolio over again!  Can I edit My view without deleting the Portfolio?
