Cannot add Northwestern Mutual

I cannot add my Northwestern Mutual investment information to Seeking Alpha.  Initially, the site refused completely, saying that you are not set up with them yet.  This time, on my laptop, it took me to the point where I entered a security code sent to me by Northwestern Mutual, and then the site said that "something went wrong" and stopped me from going any further.  Can you please make Northwestern Mutual work on your web site.
