Live Chat Settings

I'm getting emails from "Head Wrench" with HDO and at the bottom of those emails it says to stop receiving them to change my email preferences within the "Live Chat Settings". However, I can't figure out how to get to the "Live Chat Settings" to take that action. So, can you tell me how to get to the "Live Chat Settings" link?
