MGM Rating change

What is the rationale for the Quant Rating from MGM to change from 3.41(Hold) to 4.70(Strong Buy) between 06/16/2023 & 06/20/2023 when none of the parameter or criteria i.e. Valuation, Growth, Profitability, Momentum & Revision has improved rather EPS Revision has gone down.
