Wrong charge
For some reason I was charged yearly subscription. I cancelled subscription previously, and my login shows basic, non-paid edition. I would like to cancel prescription and get money returned to the account.

I received a charge for $258.24 on my Visa Card billed on 8/8/23. I wish to close my account and have the charge removed. That amount is 21.52 per month and I can sign up for 4.95 per month please remove the charge. I can also contact my credit card and stop payment. The charge was not authorized. Thanks for your help.
