Ad blockers
I should have no difficulty in using an ad blocker considering what I am paying as a subscription. Your system for assuring that I am a real person is at best extremely annoying and severely reduces the value of your product.

Couldn't agree more. I pay a lot for this service. Your 'prove-you're-a-real-person' is providing me no security benefits and it's not improving yours either since I've already authenticated with my username/password and your cookies are still available in my browser so you know I'm logging in from the same computer. Literally the only benefit I can think of for this is to get people to disable their ad-blockers. Would love to hear a representative's response to this concern.
