Is there a way to report fake accounts?

Should be obvious that these are bots just baiting clicks to their websites.  Same structure, same name format, etc.
Has there been any discussion on implementing a way to report users instead of individual posts?

Third account possibly also a bot.  Different format, but still looks like they're just farming clicks, and actually 'follow's one of the other bots.
