Stocks not adding to portfolio. Error message received.

I just added some stocks to a portfolio a few minutes ago but at a certain point received an error message that a stock could not be added. I tried a couple more stocks and received the same message.

There is a limit of 400 tickers across all portfolios, you probably hit the limit.

I already deleted and re-downloaded the app and am still unable to add to portfolios.
