I forgot my password. I requested a change password, but it requires my old password. I FORGOT MY OLD PASSWORD

I suppose you are trying to do this while logged in ?  You can either log out or go to an incognito window, go to the login page and click "forgot password"  You do not need your old password for this workflow, it will send you an email.
