alert list widget scrolls off top and side of page

As long as I'm posting feedback let's hit this one too!  Over the past couple of months you moved the little alert widget around on the page headers.  Now I find it is often scrolled off to the right (on my antique, tiny desktop screen!), where this was not previously a problem.


Additionally it is located in a secondary header so it scrolls out of view when the page scrolls, rather than always stay in view on the permanent header.  Where it would seem to belong.


I'm calling this a bug rather than idea, since it was not as much of a bug, just a couple of months ago.

Hi,  The site requires a minimum resolution of 1280 (width) to view properly.  The alert widget does not scroll out of view when using the supported screen resolution.
