Why does SA allow posters to commit Liable?

I've been watching posts like these (see below) claiming "manipulation" and "dirty money" posted on any article having to do with EXAS.  This has been going on for YEARS!  

Why does Seeking Alpha allow such baseless claims and liable?

"What are you talking about? We get it. We know market manipulation when we see it. The real question is why can't the SEC see it? They inquired about the $1B investment in marketable securities arbitrage but did nothing.

They see the absurd $1B loans to an outfit with 24 years of losses, loans which could only be repaid via stock conversions but DO NOTHING. Loans which no legitimate basis of making exists. A well orchestrated stock scam.

Investors have a choice, participate in a dirty money scheme or observe from a distance and wait for the house of cards to collapse."
