GSV Capital changed its name and symbol (to SSSS) on 8/1. Why can't I add SSSS to my portfolio?

SSSS shows up on Yahoo Finance, but not on SA.  

Full company name is now 

Sutter Rock Capital Corp.

It also shows up in Bloomberg.  But SA doesn't allow it to be followed on their platform!?!

I am writing with the same concern listed above. Former GSVC is now SSSS and it can't be added to my SA platform.    Why is SA not on top of this???
