The website is NOT working when you try to click on the "bell" to read the new comments to articles

When I click on the bell to read the new comments to articles, the website sits there spinning  and not linking to the articles.  I also have had issues with the website "freezing" due to 'long running script"  Seems like you need help.

No new comment updates here either. You have to wait the next day to receive new comments by email the next day?

The "BELL" works from my inbox only. Give that a try extra clicks tho.
