Stop StockTalk threads from refreshing on every reply?

Recently, StockTalk threads have been refreshing (brought to the top) every time there is a new reply, even on threads that are days old. I find this new "auto-refresh on reply" annoying and time consuming on threads I have no interest in. Obviously, I preferred the old way where threads were kept in chronological order.  I can keep track of any thread I want by simply replying to it. (Even if I use a "stealth" reply). Is there a way I can turn off this new "auto-refresh on reply" feature?
