"Minute Read" for articles

Being so busy all the time, it would be nice to see an estimated "Minutes to read" designation on the articles, blogs, and analyses. I don't how do it practically, but you see it all over social media these days on the big media websites. It would be very helpful in deciding if I can read the article right that moment or if I should bookmark it to be read later.
