Android SA on Samsung table, notifications only show oldest unless oldest notification is deleted.

This looks like an Android-wide problem...maybe iOS too...please fix this...it's been like 2 months now...maybe more...I've tried signing out/uninstalling/reinstalling several times...nothing has worked yet
