Random Portfolio Updates

I've noticed that my portfolio at times has tickers added that I did not add and tickers deleted that I did not delete. It's kind of aggravating. Recently, DOCU and ENPH were added to my portfolio through no action of mine. Two other tickers, IDN and VBIO were deleted, also not be me.
