Notifications don't work after iOS 11.3.1 update

Notifications don't load (even manually) after updating to iOS 11.3.1.

Build 3.6.2 (2053)


And I could not even write this post using my phone, because it didn't recognize me as an existing user even if I was logged in and entered my email.
