Cannot disable emails about comments I can't see
When I comment on an article, or if I click the "Track Comments" button on one, SA enables comment tracking for it, and starts sending me emails telling me when there are new comments on the article. That's great. Then, after a couple weeks SA may hide the article behind a paywall - but continues sending me emails telling me there are new comments on it. That's annoying. However, hiding the article also hides the interface that would enable me to disable tracking the comments that I can no longer see. That's infuriating!
More on this: you fixed this problem for most articles, which is GREAT - but not for Notable Calls articles. Those still behave exactly as I described above: I get notified that the article has comments, but I can't see the comments, and I can't see the "Tracking" button without which I cannot disable the notifications.
