Add "As a % of revenue" feature to EBITDA in supplemental section of financial statements

It would be helpful to see EBITDA displayed as a percent of revenues down in supplemental section of incomel statement.  Some of the data in supplemental section can't be show as a percent of revenue.  EBITDA and some of the others can.  With this available, it would save having to make this important figure manually.

I'm concerned some of the items being shown as a % and others not will be confusing to users. We'll have to think about it.
