new headline pop up

Counterproductive when I am scrolling through news headlines, and I'm way down and a new headline causes me to revert back to the beginning. Can you consider a little pop up that says "New Headline" and you have the option to click on it, otherwise you stay where you are. Seems like a pretty simple fix.

It says "Breaking Stock Market News" at the top, here is the URL....

I think I am using an old bookmark link. Though the page I use is cleaner as it does not have the market info on the left side, I will delete it and use the current Market News page which DOES have the on page new news alert I was speaking of, thank you.
