can't update my email address. I click on the suggested link but it does not go anywhere

BS not fixed, when you send an email, at the bottom of the page, it gives  the option to update preferences,  well guess what when I to update my preferences and want to change my email address so you send the email to the current address, it sends me to your website to log in to what????  the rabbit hole that does NOT allow me to update my email address for the stuff you send by email, ask your webmaster to fix the update preferences; thanks.
