Can I get email alerts when dividend payouts change?

I heard that there was a way or a setting that will send me an email alert when a company changes their dividend payouts? Anyone know where that is found?

If you subscribe to news email alerts on a ticker you will get these. There's no way currently to get the dividend related emails only.

To subscribe, click "Add to Portfolio" on any symbol page. To only get news and not analysis emails, adjust your settings here:  https://seekingalpha.com/account/edit_stocks

This really needs to be changed, especially now since there is an ad that is letting the "spam" through my dividend filter.
