App is SOOOOO SLOW ever since most recent u update using LG M43010c

App is SOOOOO UNBELIVABLY SLOW ever since most recent update. I'm using an LG M43010c. Also, drop-down menu SHOWING OLD NOTIFICATIONS ONLY, from maybe a week ago or so. Even when I select the notifications or swipe to clear them from the drop-down menu, the same old list shows up later in the day and the next day, too. Please fix.
