Thank you for your message and I apologize for the inconvenience.

1) We are aware of the iPad bug and working on a fix.

2) Regarding the new portfolio design: To toggle the % and $ change - tap the red/green box.

3.8.1 crashed immediately on launch. 3.8.2 which just came out does not crash, but does not display any news, quotes or look up stock prices. IOS app worked fine prior to 3.8.1

program portfolio does not show current stock prices. It shows dollar change plus or minus and percentage of change. How can I fix this? I have deleted the app twice and restarted twice however problem persists.

new iPad app doesn’t show pre and post market changes either, no stock prices at all

I am not getting stock prices nor can I open any notifications on portfolio page. Just started this morning.

I’m getting nothing on my stocks, not even the stocks?

+4

We are now up to 3.8.7 on the iphone, still does not display portfolio prices, stock prices, or news at all. The whole series from 3.8.1 has been unuseable on IOS for two weeks now. Very poor showing. Please either fix or revert back to earlier version of app that worked. Having to move to alternative price & news tracking apps.

It’s ridiculous that they cannot get share prices to display correctly after weeks of this problem. Shows up ok on my iPhone but not my iPad.

+1

i am having same issues. Wonder why they have such basic bugs.

+1

stocks not showing full prices. looks like spaces allocated for them too small. Also post mkt shown in percent, not $ per share

prices and data no longer working.  Such a pity, seeking alpha is about to go from my goto financial app to deletion.  What happened? iPad version is now useless. IOS is where your paying customers are guys, get it together or find better programmers.

The new app does not populate any stock prices. SeekingAlpha is a wonderful stock resource, but now it has problems not encountered before.

no stock prices showing on any of portfolios?

Nothing of my notification is working in on iPhone apps!!! I reached out to the Seeking Alpha team via email and been ignored ! Can Seeking Alpha once and for all inform us what is going on and WHEN can this be fixed ?? When it come to charging us, they seem to have no problem !

Im new to this forum though ive used S. A. for several years. im having problems with the mobile app similar to many here, but i havent seen a single response from tech support —- only more posts with similar problems. do we ever get replies and  solutions/fixes or is this just the “complaints department”

Nothing works: notifications, more data under the pricing chart.

No stock price info. Only price change update (gain or loss). No stock data section (volume, P.E. ratio, 52 wk. high and low, etc. etc. Very frustrating.

+2

is the iPad format with stock prices going to be fixed? I phone version is working ok

+2

No stock price info or data info for stocks.

I like using your app, however I do not understand why you are taking so long to fix it.  If you want us to use another app, please just let us know up front. Otherwise a weekly progress update to let us know that you want our business and to keep using your app would be a good idea.  Thoughts?

Thank you for fixing the app. Much appreciated!

While prices have been fixed, I see on app that I have hundreds of unread notices even though I have opened all.  How do I eliminate this so I only see if there are recent things to read?

Thanks for repairing the price problem. Please do the same with the Indexes at the top of the portfolio, and wud it be possible to adjust the colors pf the ‘pre’ and ‘post’ changes so negative is red and positive is green?  Thanks
