chat has been down all day in the last couple weeks service has been spotty
This site for chat has been a let down. Not much use if service is down. This is a premium financial site that i have paid for. Content provider has been a positive. But it's unacceptable to be down so often.
We totally agree David and apologize for the issues. The good news is we're rolling out a new chat client next week which should resolve all of these issues for once and for all.
