I've complained all day to no avail. Once they have your money, you are ignored.
when will I be able to access live chat? why doesn't someone respond to the problem?
In an unfortunate timing of events, we released the new chat platform this past Sunday and the following day Google Chrome pushed a new update. The new chat platform is having issues working with this new version of Google Chrome.
Our team has been working around the clock to fix this issue promptly. In the meantime, you can access the chat using Internet Explorer, Edge, or FireFox browsers.
As a paying subscriber, we understand you expect your service to function properly, and we sincerely apologize for this occurrence.
If you have any other issues, please don't hesitate to reply on this thread.

chat doesn't work for me either using any browser, chrome/ie/firefox.... when is this expected to be fixed?
You should respond to your subscribers when we bring up problems, e.g. Live Chat
