We released the new chat platform this past Sunday and the following day Google Chrome pushed a new update. The new chat platform is having issues working with this new version of Google Chrome.
Our team has been working around the clock to fix this issue promptly. In the meantime, you can access the chat using Internet Explorer, Edge, or FireFox browsers.
As a paying subscriber, we understand you expect your service to function properly, and we sincerely apologize for this occurrence.
Regarding your email issue, I'll have someone reach out directly.
