rds/a -- Oct 2017 SeekingAlpha Article Inaccurate

Readers please note that the SeekingAlpha article in Oct 2017 about taxation of RDS/A shares is incorrect -- the 15% Dutch withholding tax was NOT eliminated in 2019.  That understanding cost me some money since I bought A shares in a retirement (pretax) account.
