I have not received any HDO newsletters since last Friday and my subscription is good until December. What happened? How do I get the newsletter delivery re-instated? There is no person to talk to. Only links.  No central help line or email to get an answer from a PERSON and not just a link to past questions. Really a poorly designed help system
