I want to join your site, but at 80 yrs. old, I will need some assistance getting to know how the site works, and maybe some terminology help. If you have NO PHONE assistance, how will I get help? I note a complaint that is 5 years old, on this site, so why has no one answered the same complaint? I can't join, if there's no help, like you had years ago. Please answer ASAP.

Every good company should have a way to communicate via phone.
I did not want to renew my subscription.
I barely even had time to look at this phone app. Definitely was not interested in renewing at a price point of $239.
canceled it on the website and and disputing with my credit card company and PayPal.

Someone named 'Saroj Kumar Das' who is supposed to be Customer Support is ignoring my messages for the last 2 months. I need the following answered, otherwise I will be posting this on X Seeking Alpha account to obtain a response. My last email I sent to Seeking Alpha on the 19th January 2024 is as follows, which I have emailed several followup emails seeking a response to the below:

It appears you are skimping around the issues I have raised and are not directly responding to the points I have made in previous correspondence. I will therefore layout my points below in bullet point form where you can provide a clear response to each of my grievances:
1) I was not charged tax for my first year of subscription (see attached invoice), therefore why was I charged tax for the second year without prior warning or notification of the amount? It is not deemed ethical or best practice to not inform the customer the total cost of the subscription, which Seeking Alpha has clearly not done in this instance.
2) When I selected the Seeking Alpha weblink to sign up to the offer, it didn't allow me to review the total price before it automatically processed the payment, otherwise I wouldn't have signed up to the service if I was originally notified of the additional tax charge over the quoted offer in the email. Please confirm why my payment was processed before allowing me to view the total cost (including tax)?
3) You state that the Internal Team has looked into all the options and has confirmed that this measure has been implemented to ensure complete compliance with the prevailing tax laws of the region. Please confirm who in the internal team has looked into this and why you have refused to either refund me the difference of $48.80 or grant me the option of cancelling my subscription and issuing me with a full refund in light of my points raised in 1) and 2)?
If I am not satisfied with the responses you provide to the three points above, I would like a scheduled phone call from someone else in your team as I do not believe you are the only person answering customer support queries.
