SA unresponsive to users who need help

I paid for premium content and I am unable to sign on to the service.  I sent 2 emails to SA for help, but they went unanswered.

Where did you send emails? The support email for paying subscribers is subscriptions@seekingalpha.com . What do you mean you are unable to login? What do you see exactly?
