Porrfolio does not scroll fully keeps jumping to start

this is an on going issue now 3 days in a row.  THE MOMENT IT GETS CLOSE TO MARKETS OPENING, PORTFOLIO KEEPS JUMPING BACK TO THE As every time you try to scroll, does this all day long.   IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO PAY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS, GOOD IDEA TO GIVE THEM SOMETHING THAT WORKS....
