CCP Cash Flow "Miscellaneous" 5.64 Billion??

I was attempting to find financial information on CCP and Sabra prior to their merger. The SA website did provide some annual financial information that looked strange  . . . like a "miscellaneous" item of $5.64 Billion in a statement otherwise denominated in Millions. Looks like debt was taken on the pay out dividends?
